Liam Reilly, Darren Ruane, Andrius Kandrotas and David Smyth’s performance secured them second place in the men’s heats and a place in the final. Leeroy Casserly, Tom, Kelly, Tony Keaney and Craig How made up Trend Technologies’ third team in the competition.

The competition took place at Lilliput Adventure Centre, Lough Ennell, Mullingar today, where our teams competed in challenges against teams from local companies. Each team is made up of four participants who recently completed a 12-week training program designed by Maurice Looby Fitness. Participants in the program have reported increased fitness levels and general wellbeing.

Trend’s teams and the other teams entered in the competition raised money for Cancer Support Sanctuary LARCC through a variety of fundraising initiatives.

Firemen from Mullingar Fire Service visited Trend Technologies yesterday to help the company’s teams raise funds for LARRC through an employee car wash.

Trend Technologies’ teams have combined their efforts to fundraise for LARCC with a range of activities which included the car wash and an employee Bake Sale.
