A qualified management accountant with extensive industry experience, Dónal joined the company, which was then called Data Packaging, in 1988. Over the years he has overseen significant investment in and transitioning of the Irish business, from supplying exclusively to the computer industry to now being a leading supplier to the Medical Device and Automotive Sectors in Ireland and export markets. Dónal has also played a key role in the company’s European growth through joint venture and acquisition.

A qualified engineer with an honours degree in Plastics Engineering, Brendan has over 35 years’ industry experience in manufacturing, project engineering and in various management roles. Brendan currently leads the company’s business development function and is a member of the First Polymer Training supervisory board.

A science graduate with an MBA, Marie has over 30 years’ experience in quality within the medical device, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. She has worked at senior management level for several years, with a strong focus on quality standards, customer satisfaction, and system certification.

A qualified Plastics Engineer with a master’s degree in Polymer Science, Justin has over 26 years’ project management experience. He has expertise in injection moulding, including part design and development for the medical device and automotive sectors, which he combines with strong management skills, and oversees Trend’s team of project managers and development engineers.

A qualified Polymer Engineer currently completing an MBA, Tom has 15 years’ industry experience and expertise in project management, processing and manufacturing operations in both the Medical and Automotive sectors. His main aim is to improve customer satisfaction through the elimination of waste and improved value added operations.

A driven and forward thinking Human Resource Manager with 10+ years’ experience in developing and implementing HR strategy to provide an employee-orientated, high performance culture. Theresa focuses on quality, productivity and the on-going development of an exceptional workforce.

A Materials Management professional with over 20 years’ industry experience, Gráinne has expertise in supply chain management, purchasing, scheduling, inventory, storage and logistics. Her strong focus on supply chain strategies, coupled with global sourcing and outsourcing capabilities have helped secure new markets, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
